Sunday Fitness in the Park is one of our favorite ways to start a Grand County summer day. Grab your yoga mat and a water bottle and head over to the Rendezvous Event Center in downtown Winter Park every Sunday morning. It really doesn't get much better - fresh mountain air and views of the Continental Divide while getting in an AM workout. The quintessential summer holiday is best celebrated in the ideal summer location--the Rocky Mountains of Colorado in what, in our opinion, is one of the best mountain communities around. Simply being up in the mountains with the cooler air and opportunity to play outside might be your idea of the perfect 4th.
