Meadow Ridge Condominiums Perched Above Historic Fraser Offer Prime Location, Club House Amenities, Value, and Income Potential

One of the largest and most well-established condominium complexes in the Winter Park area, Meadow Ridge sits atop the hill on the east side of Highway 40 above Safeway in Fraser. Boasting panoramic views of the Continental Divide and a prime location readily accessible to public transit, it's easy to see why these units continue to be in such high demand.  The complex is comprised of 33 "courts" (buildings) offering one, two, and three-bedroom units with both townhome and condo configurations, many of which offer views, private decks, and private ski lockers and several with single-car garages.

Take Advantage of 40+ Miles of Gravity-Fed Trails at Trestle Bike Park this Summer!

Winter Park Resort is more than a ski destination. In summer, the mountain transforms into a downhill biking mecca when Trestle, the United States' largest full-service downhill bike park right here in our little town of Winter Park, opens up for the season. The old "earn your turns" expression takes a backseat as bikers take advantage of the gondola and lift rides up to hop on the adrenaline-fueled descents ending at the resort's base. From smoother, wider trails designed for the beginner downhill rider to "expert only" trails with steep terrain and jumps for days, the Trestle trail crew has created something for everyone.
