It's likely we've all settled into a state of not knowing in some aspects of our lives. The pandemic prepared us for expecting volatility, pivoting, and embracing the question mark. While real estate values increased significantly and (for most) surprisingly throughout the pandemic, 2022 sang a somewhat different tune. Across the board, Grand County average sales prices increased from 2021 to 2022.
