In addition to the extensive opportunities to play outside hiking, biking, fishing, boating, camping, golfing and enjoying the sheer beauty of our slice of the Rocky Mountains, our community has pulled out all the stops to bring you concerts, festivals, races, and more throughout the summer season. It's often been said that people move to Winter Park for the winter but stay for the summer--we think you'll  agree if you are fortunate enough to get time to enjoy this place we call home this summer!

For most, leaf buds on trees, early-blooming flowers, chirping birds and rain showers mark the beginning of the spring season. Here in Grand County, as the sun stays up longer and the temperatures go up, the ground is still covered in snow. We get to enjoy all that winter has to offer, just wearing a few less layers!
