Celebrate With Us: 4th of July Weekend Events!
Grand County really does the 4th right: live music, races, a parade, rodeos, fireworks and more make this the quintessential place to celebrate. We've done our best to compile all of the events coming your way 4th of July weekend--we did the digging for you so you can kick back, relax, and enjoy your time in the mountains! Just getting the list together makes us so grateful for all our community has to offer. We hope you feel the same way!
Friday, July 1
12-4pm: Granby Ranch Shine and Show Open car show
1-3pm: Live music in the Village at Winter Park Resort with John McKay
5-8pm: First Friday @ Uptripping in Winter Park (live music + local art + tacos + open bar = mark your calendar!)
6-8pm: Cooper Creek Music on the Square with Peggy Mann
8:45-10:15pm: Outdoor movie night at Winter Park Resort with The Mighty Ducks
Saturday, July 2
7-10:30am: EAA Fly-in and Pancake Breakfast at the Granby Airport
10:30am: Granby Gut Buster 5K Color Run
12-2pm: Community Cookout at the Moffat Railroad Museum in Granby
2:30-9:30pm: Rocky Mountain Music Series at Granby Ranch
4:30-6:30pm: Camper Rig Rally at Rendezvous Event Center
6-8pm: Cooper Creek Music on the Square with Gary Key & Sam Osbourne
6:30-8:30pm 5Point Adventure Film Festival at Rendezvous Event Center
7pm: Granby Rodeo
7pm: Fraser Rodeo
SUNDAY, JULY 3
9am: Fitness in the Park
11am: Family Bike Parade in Granby
7pm: Granby Rodeo
9:15pm: Granby Rodeo fireworks
Monday, July 4
9am: Run for Independence 5K in Winter Park
11am: Granby 4th of July Parade down Main Street (true small-town America at its finest)
12pm: Party in the Park at Granby's Polhamus Park after the parade
5:30pm: Winter Park 4th of July Celebration & Concert at Rendezvous Event Center (with a laser show after dark!)
10pm-ish: Grand Lake fireworks over the lake
