Get the Local Experience with Winter Park Resort's Seasoned Guides

We've each had the privilege of living in Winter Park for almost 20 years. In that time, we've explored, made mistakes in our adventure-seeking, learned from seasoned locals, and found our go-to spots for best powder stashes, cross-country ski routes, early-morning skins, and more. Had the gift of a guide who knows Winter Park Resort and the surrounding area with intimacy and expertise been at our fingertips when we packed it all up and headed to the mountains, we would've jumped on the opportunity. Exploring the outdoors alongside someone who knows the the terrain, equipment, and tricks of the trade can give you an experience you wouldn't be able to have on your own. Guides have done the leg work for you, and they share their love of the adventure, getting you in on the best our mountain has to offer.

Winter Park Resort's guided experiences make it possible to get paired up with someone who lives, works, and plays here. Whether it be a day on the mountain touring the best skiing and riding, signing your kids up for a few hours to ski with a guide who knows the ins + outs of Winter Park Resort (parenting win!), taking a "Snowga" class at Sunspot Mountain Lodge, touring the resort on a SnoGo ski bike, enjoying a snowcat tour (some complete with s'mores under the stars), practicing uphill skiing + split boarding, or taking an astronomy tour with an astrophysicist, Winter Park Resort takes the DIY out of your planning: Let those who know and love this place set you up with an experience you can't plan solely with travel forums and reading up. They've lived the trial and error so you don't have to spend your precious time on the mountain doing the same.
