Our community has an inspirational history of banding together to love and care for those in need. From the overwhelming response providing for and supporting victims of the East Troublesome Fire to events to raise funds for those who've lost someone too soon to the grassroots Grand County Outbreak of Kindness movement, Grand County truly is "Grand County Strong." The H.O.P.E Fund is Dedicated to Supporting Mental Health here in Grand County 


The need for mental health awareness, resources, and access in Grand County has long been evident. While our community and its number of full-time residents has grown in the past few years, we still face challenges that come with living in a rural community, including limited resources and funding to support mental health and substance abuse. 

The H.O.P.E. Fund, managed by the Grand Foundation, is committed to addressing those challenges and giving Grand County's residents the level of access and care they need. The fund had its inception in 2021 with donations made in memory of those we've lost to suicide or drug overdose.
